The SHS® process, which is automatically included in all healing sessions now as one stream of energies blended with other modalities I use, is a collection of ancient and sacred symbols that has been given to me through meditations and dreams. The healing sessions incorporate specific frequencies that help individuals release and let go of old pain, disappointment, grief, anger, etc. that affects the mind, body and spirit.
